As a medium-sized family company, the demands of the dynamic market and the high expectations of our clients present a welcome opportunity to showcase our capabilities. In the past, our clients would order the production of a part in a specific quantity, and we would endeavour to deliver their order on time. Today, we play an integral role across a wide range of production processes. We not only develop and manufacture the required components and complete systems but also guarantee that they reach the desired location at the right time. This allows us to alleviate a significant portion of the management burden of logistics and storage from the industry, respond more swiftly to changing requirements, and collaborate much more closely with our clients. This has benefits for everyone involved – our clients, the process, and us.

ATTRACTING TALENT AND KEEPING PROMISES

The shortage of skilled workers is an ongoing issue. In certain industrial sectors, the number of applicants consistently surpasses the number of available positions. Unfortunately, the situation is markedly different in our industry, which is why we make every effort to recruit and retain our apprentices after they have completed their training. The majority of our workforce currently comprises former apprentices. They remain with our company longer than average and are among the most satisfied employees in the state of Schleswig-Holstein – and also among the friendliest. We’ll keep it a secret for now as to how we managed to achieve this! But we will say this: it takes more than just monetary incentives.
