Our environmental responsibility is firmly established in our management system through key figures and process descriptions. From the outset, we emphasise the reusability of materials and plastic-free packaging. Our 550 kWp solar system with 1,348 panels powers twenty charging stations, enabling our employees to commute with zero emissions by using electric cars and bikes. The thermal energy from our compressors is utilised to heat our company buildings, while exhaust air heat is retained in the halls through heat exchangers. Our LED lighting is controlled by motion detectors and light sensors.

We demonstrate our social responsibility through initiatives such as our strong commitment to apprenticeships. In addition to training over 10% of our workforce, we provide a diverse array of internships. Loll employees participate on the examination boards. For more than twenty years, we have sponsored four children in Nepal and Latin America through Plan International. We also support local institutions and associations.

Through our financial stability, we fulfil our economic responsibility towards our clients, suppliers, and employees. This is accomplished through long-term financial planning and effective risk management. The economic situation is reported transparently, both internally and externally. We utilise automation to maximise the efficiency of our available resources.
