Our understanding of quality extends well beyond the precision craftsmanship and general capabilities of conventional precision mechanics. Our high standards, combined with the ever-increasing complexity of our clients' requirements, provide ample incentive for us to consistently go the extra mile. In doing so, we focus less on individual parts or specific modules and more on the overall process sequence. From development and production to delivery and standardised assortment, we routinely subject every single step to rigorous testing—with our own inherent QMS. Systematic process analyses, continuous reflection on our activities, and constant observation of the value stream aim for one specific goal: to reduce throughput times and allow us to respond to our clients’ needs with maximum flexibility.

Some companies make promises of quality, while others actively ensure that optimum performance is genuinely delivered. At Loll Feinmechanik, we choose the latter approach. To achieve this, we must understand our position with each client. Our clients can regularly verify the efficiency of our quality management system (QMS) through detailed audits. All of our processes are systematically recorded in the QMS in accordance with standards and specifications and are executed in precisely this manner within the actual operational process. Together with our clients, these processes are analysed and evaluated constructively. Suggestions for optimisation are thoughtfully considered and integrated into the existing system where necessary, making us better every day.
METICULOUS IS OUR THING.
Trust is good, but control is essential. That is why we monitor our entire manufacturing process with eight ultra-sensitive measuring machines from Zeiss under climate-stable measuring conditions. Thanks to standardised, state-of-the-art software, we can work extremely flexibly while providing comprehensive documentation of the measurement results. Our technical team is qualified up to AUKOM level 3, enabling them to make reliable, reproducible statements regarding quality, compliance, and specifications.
PRECISION THAT LEAVES NOTHING TO CHANCE.
Simply taking a glance is insufficient in this context. Given the flatness and flows of 2 µm that we work with in high-precision machining, we must rely on ultra-precise measurement parameters. Through a standardised measurement process assessment (MPA), we have significantly improved the accuracy of our Zeiss measuring machines, enabling us to detect and rectify even the smallest deviations in the measuring process, that is, to calibrate the process. It is absolutely vital to adhere meticulously to the specified procedures throughout these measurement processes. Our skilled team of experts ensures that the framework conditions are presented professionally.
